Jesse Tree Project

The Jesse Tree Ministry is in full swing, and we are deeply grateful for the overwhelming generosity of our parish. However, approximately 180 ornaments remain unclaimed, and the need in our community is still great.

Please consider taking an ornament to shop for a child’s gift. All gifts are due back to the church by next Sunday, December 8th. If you’re unable to grab an ornament in person, you can still help! Visit our  Virtual Ornaments page to choose a child’s wish to fulfill online.

Volunteer Call to Action:
With the growing number of unclaimed ornaments, we urgently need additional volunteers to ensure every child’s gift is fulfilled. Please consider signing up for one or more shifts. We need help with:

• Sorting and organizing gifts
• Shopping for unclaimed ornaments
• Wrapping and preparing gifts for distribution

Monetary Donations

If you’re unable to shop for a gift, your monetary donation can make a big impact. These funds help us fulfill remaining gift requests and provide food gift cards for families. The suggested donation of $60 helps sustain this vital ministry.

Ways to donate:

• Online Donation: Scan the QR code or click here to donate online.
• By Check: Please make checks payable to the church with ‘Jesse Tree’ noted in the memo line.
  Checks can be placed in the offering plate, mailed, or dropped off at the Parish offices.

Key Dates

• Sunday, December 8: Deadline for returning wrapped gifts (Church or Parish Center)
• Saturday, December 14: Gift Sorting Day (volunteers needed for sorting, wrapping, shopping, etc.)
• Sunday, December 15: Distribution Day (volunteers needed for greeting, translating, wrapping, and loading)
