Hello! My name is Bob Galush, and I am the Vice Chair of the Pastoral Council at St. Michael.

As Vice Chair, I work alongside the council and parish leadership to support the mission and vision of St. Michael, ensuring we serve our parish community effectively. I have been a parishioner at St. Michael for 10 years, although my connection to the parish began even earlier when my children attended St. Michael School before we officially transferred. I am a retired IBM and Lenovo executive, and my experience in business leadership, problem-solving, and working in diverse teams has been valuable in supporting the parish’s initiatives and decision-making processes.

Outside of my council duties, I enjoy walking and biking the Greenway. I was also very involved in tennis for many years. What I enjoy most about serving on the Parish Council is working with a talented and dedicated team to make a difference in this wonderful parish community.

For those considering getting more involved in parish life, I encourage you to say yes! We are all baptized disciples, and it is incredibly fulfilling to play even a small role in helping others find and grow in their faith.

In addition to my role on the Parish Council, I have been involved in:

  • "That Man is You" (at both St. Michael and St. Andrew)
  • Catechist for Confirmation classes
  • Core team member of the "Ignited by Truth" Catholic Conference
