In celebration of our Feast Day, the following changes have been made to our standard daily Mass schedule:
Thursday, September 29th:
Saturday, September 30th:
We continue our Feast Day Celebration during regularly scheduled Masses on Saturday and Sunday. During these Masses we will celebrate the Anniversary of the Dedication of St. Michael Church, and the conclusion of our 25th Anniversary year.
We are excited to announce that during the Thursday evening Vespers and weekend Masses (5pm Vigil, 7am, 8:30 am, 10:30 am, and 12:30 pm) we will sing a new hymn, composed specifically for the occasion, by St. Michael Director of Music and Liturgy Alex E. Hill. The title of the hymn is Quis Sicut Deus, the Latin version of the Hebrew name “Mikha’El” meaning “Who is like God?” The hymn uses text from Psalm 113 and the Prayer to St. Michael.
We look forward to celebrating our Feast Day and concluding our anniversary with you. St. Michael the Archangel, Pray for Us.
